Job Description

  • To send emails/ faxes follow up with the buyers in the allotted international markets
  • To quote/ negotiate prices with the customers
  • To provide techno commercial support to the buyers.
  • To co-ordinate with the factory/ logistics and provide dispatch details to the customers.
  • To generate export orders increase the product sales in the allotted countries.
  • To use the internet/ emails intensively for Sales activities
  • 1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

    2. Export Documentation from offer generation to delivery of goods.

    3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

    4. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

    5. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

    6. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

    7. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

    8. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

    9. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

    10. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

    11. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
