Responsibilities and more:

This position is responsible for providing scheduled maintenance, performing minor and major engine overhauls in the field.

Qualification requirements:

- Must have prior mechanical experience such as automotive, power generation, heavy equipment or diesel engines.
- Perform preventative maintenance (oil change, valve adjustment, lube and check equipment).
- Experienced using tools (including diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools).
- Ability to read, interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical diagrams.
- Experienced in troubleshooting, repairs and rebuild an engine.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
- Ability to travel inclusion of some overnight travel.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs
- Willing to work 8 12 hours per day.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
- Must be able to communicate via telephone & email.
