Job DescriptionCompany: ConnectHEOR India Pvt Ltd Role Title: Human Resources Manager Job Experience required: 3 to 5 years Location: Work from home (Indian Subcontinent) Tenure: Full time JD Expires on: 10th April 2024
Job Details: The role requires an exciting and unique mix of HR operations, organizational psychology and business presentation skills. The role will give the selected candidate an opportunity to liaise with ConnectHEOR professionals across the globe. It will also give the exposure and opportunity to understand and explore HR and operations related challenges in a growing environment from both India and a global perspective. The key responsibilities of the employee will include: 1. Managing India specific routine HR operations, recruitment operations, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicants dashboard. 2. Designing employee engagement activities, team huddles, celebration events 3. Aligning other training calendar of employees which include IT, POSH, soft skill development, and work skill development related training. 4. Routine HR related operations from onboarding to separation assistance familiarity with Zoho People and other Zoho applications and knowledge of various other HR software in the market 5. Develop and maintain onboarding activities for new hires. 6. Support with India Campus Placements 7. Working with global talent acquisition manager and global recruitment head for other miscellaneous hiring and administration support 8. Assisting Legal Lead in framing policies specific to Human Resources 9. Organizing mindfulness and soft skill development workshops 10. Creating excellent presentation, Canva/ graphics skills to organize variety of employee relevant materials into legible and attractive resources / handbooks.
Candidate must have: 1. Some prior experience in Business, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Relations, Coaching, Counselling 2. Hands on experience on visualization tools like Piktochart, Canva, MS PowerPoint 3. Some prior experience in Human resource Management, preferably a degree in HR 4. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently or in teams.
Good to have qualities: 1. Understanding of Health economics or any other health related industry and experience of working in healthcare industry 2. Any prior experience of medical or health-based research or familiarity with medical jargon 3. Experience of working with new and growing organizations
Logistics requirements: Candidate must have a stable and high-speed internet connection and a work from home set up as per the criteria of the company.
