Global Choice Immigration Services assists clients with different visa applications and provides immigration services. We have one vacancy for the position of Office Administrator.

This individual will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures.
2. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
3. Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
4. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
5. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

Job Requirements:

Languages: English
Education: Secondary School Completion is required and a college diploma/certificate or several weeks of on-the-job training.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in clerical or secretarial positions.
Worksite environment: Office
Personal suitability: Organized, Work under pressure.
