Full-Time Position
Availability: As soon as possible
Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Night, Weekends

Education: High school graduation certificate or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties may include but are not limited to the following items:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Report to managers when something is broken or needs repair.
- Able to prepare food according to food handlers guidelines.
- Ensures cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the various kitchen areas including refrigerators and storerooms.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Ensures food is stored in appropriate containers, labeled, and rotated to ensure high standards of freshness, minimizing waste and maximizing quality.

Language: English
Wage: $18 hourly

Additional Required Qualifications:
• Secondary High School graduation certificate
• Knowledge of cooking procedures
• Knowledge of safety rules for kitchen equipment
• Fluent in English
• Able to work in a high pace and hot environment
• Able to multitask
• Excellent customer service

Work conditions and physical capabilities:
Attention to Detail, Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, physically demanding.
