CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Requirements:Years Required/Preferred Experience8 Required Experience designing product experiences using best practices in UX design, interaction design, and web accessibility8 Required Experience as a professional UX Designer leading the full design process from user research and interviews, insights, and strategy, to ideation, prototyping, and testing, and through to delivery of final designs.8 Required Experience in creating conceptual models, use cases/scenarios, personas, wireframes, mock-ups, user flow diagrams, prototypes, empathy maps, product roadmaps, style guides, and specification documents as part of a comprehensive design strategy7 Required Experience in user-centered and human-centered design approaches, as well as how to optimize websites and web applications for those interactions7 Required Experience defining success metrics with cross-functional teams to measure success of UX initiatives7 Required Experience establishing and maintaining design standards and patterns for product areas assigned4 Required Experience with highly complex application security requirements4 Required Experience in using Figma or similar design tools3 Required Experience in knowledge transfer to other UX Designers and personnel5 Preferred Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence5 Preferred Knowledge of other web technologies, such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, REST, AJAX, XML, HTTP3 Preferred Experience as a working member of an agile development team
