JOB DESCRIPTION 20 hours per week - To be discussed with Hiring Manager
Job Duties:
Performs general administrative duties such a management of meetings and calendars, and coordination of travel coordination (domestic and international) Assists with the creation of job requisitions, offer letters and management of pre-hire screening in support of the hiring process. Candidate interview coordination as needed; creates interview materials; maintains/updates information Prepares FMLA, STD paperwork. Maintains compliance for all HR related items, inclusive of I9 verifications, work authorization documentation, Employment Agreements, and various other documents. Ensures employee data integrity through accurate and timely processing of job changes, separations, hires and organizational changes. Partners with the HR Professional to field and answer employee questions (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation) Maintains appropriate electronic filing systems Provides backups support to HR professionals as needed.

Qualifications
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite - Strong Excel skills including working knowledge of pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, etc. High School diploma or equivalent GED. Experience
Minimum 5 years of proven success in collaborating with others and providing administrative support at all levels of the organization. HR experience preferred.

Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive communications and data Strong analytical skills, ability to evaluate and interpret data Service/Customer oriented Ability to coordinate multiple activities daily Strong attention to detail/accuracy/flexibility Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to coordinate multiple activities daily Knowledge of HRIS systems (SuccessFactors) is preferred.
