Job DescriptionHiring:HR ExecutiveCumAdmin Position:2 Location: Delhi/NCR Salary: 20hidden_mobile0 General Admin Responsibilities: Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, tools and equipment loans and calibrations, documentation control & etc Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary Update and issue files to the teams Do phone surveys/inquiries as needed Assisting the IT team in taking a back-up of data/information as needed Maintain & Ensure cleanliness of office premise and equipment HR Admin Responsibilities: Handling recruitment and selection activities including arrangement for interviews Assist in staff training and development activities Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal file / records of employees, job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract Assist in updating and maintaining HR tracker Assist in setting Office SOP and reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Upkeep staff record in Company calendar (Staff birthday and all Public Holiday) and Company knowledge board (workplace) Other Duties as assigned by The Management Requirements Candidates should possess at least a graduation Minimum 2 years of experience required Able to multi task and work independently Knowledge in MS Office and google sheet Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management.
