Girikon Inc is seeking an experienced HubSpot Consultant to join our team. As a management consulting firm, we work with clients across various industries to help them achieve their business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our clients on how to leverage HubSpot's tools and technologies to optimize their sales and marketing processes. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of HubSpot's capabilities and a proven track record of successfully implementing and customizing the platform to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend HubSpot solutions that meet their needs
• Lead HubSpot implementation projects from start to finish, including project scoping, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Develop custom workflows, reports, and dashboards within HubSpot to meet client requirements
• Train clients on HubSpot's capabilities and best practices for sales and marketing automation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot integrations and configurations
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot features and capabilities and incorporate them into client solutions as appropriate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information systems or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot, including Hubspot CRM
• Experience leading HubSpot implementation projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of inbound marketing best practices and how to leverage HubSpot to execute inbound programs
• Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with HubSpot integrations, including Salesforce and other CRMs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to deliver solutions for clients.
