Job Description

Designation : Asst. General Manager (Only male candidates)

Qualifications : CA/MBA (Finance/Strategy)

Experience : 5 to 12 years working experience in Strategic management, M&A, Financial

modelling and/or Fund raise/Investment banking.

Reporting To : MD & CEO

Job Profile

1. Assisting MD & CEO in monitoring the progress of various projects, P&L of various businesses/circles
2. Preparing business models and presentations for presenting to prospective investors during next round of fund-raise
3. Coordinating with Company secretary on company related compliances
4. Co-ordination and providing information to existing PE Investor
5. Dealing with external agencies like, Auditors, Investors, PR Agencies, Certification Agencies etc.
6. Market research to identify business opportunities for the company and understand the developments in the telecom sector
7. Identifying possible targets for inorganic growth
8. Managing and updating the company website, preparing/approving companys promotional literature and/or advertisements

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Overall experience 8 to 15 years preferably in fund raising or as a business analyst in PE firms and/or in managing key integration activities in M&As.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present and convey complex ideas and issues clearly and coherently
3. Excellent analytical problem solving and project & time management skills
4. Stronghold on key M&A trends and inorganic growth levers in Telecommunication sector
5. Good understanding and/or working experience in Telecommunication / Service sector
6. Hands-on experience and skills in business /financial models. Well versed with MS-Powerpoint and MS-Excel

Ideal candidate should be a self driven performer who can do work on his own. This position does not have any immediate subordinates and hence, most of the work is to be done by the candidate himself. Cross functional support staff shall, however, be available on need basis.
