This position is $100K+ OPPORTUNITY with a base salary plus rewarding commission/bonus opportunity!

City Wide is seeking a Sales Executive to generate sales leads and produce new client business. The Sales Executive is responsible for the full sales cycle, from cold-calling and generating leads to closing deals. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a hunters mentality, motivated by the opportunity to earn significant sales commissions, and who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.

What you will do in this role:

  • Identify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales that meet or exceed goals.
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations.
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, and preparing contracts.
  • Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
  • You will spend time prospecting on-site, visiting business locations, and attend meetings on-site

Requirements

  • Outside B2B Sales experience required
  • MUST have previous success with cold calling (phone and in the field)
  • Organized with territory management experience
  • Strong outgoing, dynamic personality
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings
  • Team player who can work effectively with operations and other sales team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, or SFDC

  • Base Salary of $50k + Commissions + Bonus (OTE $100k+)
