Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Identify and screen candidates for open positions using a variety of recruiting techniques
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely and accurate candidate data
• Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate assessments with hiring managers
• Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting and staffing agencies
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to attract potential candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR recruiting, with a focus on warehousing / food manufacturing industry
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media recruiting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
