Job Title: Human Resources Administrative Assistant Location: Boston, MA, 02108 Duration: 6+ months (Possibility of extension) Seeking a professional administrative assistant to assist the Executive Office of Elder Affairs in digitizing and filing Human Resources related files into our digital state filing system. Job Roles: The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will play a key role in organizing and preparing personnel files for a transition to digitization. The Administrative Assistant will audit the state of current files, create an organizational system, and research/prepare files for transfer to archives. The individual will be responsible for: - Identifying key human resources documentation types, ranging from timesheets, labor relations grievances, old resumes, etc.
- Working with Human Resources Leadership to determine which documents can be shredded, and which documents should be scanned based on the age of the document.
- Scanning various documentation into the Human Resources OnBase system using specific naming conventions provided by the Human Resources department.
- Ensure that all documents that are scanned correctly and then the individual can permanently discard the documents via shredding.
Preferred Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong project management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
