The Salesforce Architect is a strategic advisor who can consult on a long-term vision into definitive requirements across our Salesforce practice. They are the subject matter experts and support the technical aspects of our client relationships. They consult with clients during pre-sales and support the technical vision of the project. They are responsible for working with the development team to clarify requirements and ensure the design meets the acceptance criteria and will then coordinate and support testing with the business. They will lead several initiatives across different industries and help coordinate the prioritization of projects. In this role, you will: - Lead the design of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and data with a focus on user experience, process efficiency, and data integrity
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery in a pre-sales consulting role
- Define and document requirements through use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders to determine application requirements
- Write detailed design documents for new application features following best practices
- Work with engineers on the team to ensure the delivery of the projects
Requirements - 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect
- Experience in a client facing role with Enterprise Scale Salesforce deployments
- Must have at least one Salesforce Architect certification (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ focused)
- Must have working proficiency in:
- Apex (including triggers), Visualforce, Aura, LWC, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Data loader, REST API (building webservices within Salesforce)
- SFDX, Git and VS Code(or any other popular code editor)
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the best practices in Salesforce development (both programming and administration related topics)
- Experience working on Salesforce deployments (using any of Change sets, Ant migration tool, SFDX, etc)
- Candidates with a clear understanding of sandbox management strategies for release management
- Experience working with wide range of middleware tools like Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Dell Boomi, etc
- Appropriate Salesforce Certifications in any verticals like Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, etc
- Strong communication, presentation, and articulation skills

Discretionary Time Off (DTO) Pay Transparency & EEO At Accellor, we believe in equitable compensation. The base salary for this position is $175,000 to $225,000. The actual pay will depend on your skills, experience, and qualifications. The salary range is subject to change. Speak with your recruiter about any questions.
