The Bradley Center is a regional behavioral healthcare organization that provides a continuum of programs including residential treatment facility, outpatient clinic and a private academic school. We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist who can project a professional and positive image as a representative of The Bradley Center team. The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of human resource practices along with the ability to communicate and uphold The Bradley Centers mission and vision to our employees. Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintain physical and digital files for employees
- Assist with employee onboarding
- Assist with Benefits, Workers Compensation and FMLA
- Assist with the administration of human resource plans such as disciplinary matters, terminations, performance reviews, recognition and morale
- Handle employment-related inquiries from staff and supervisors
- Serve as primary back up for payroll processing including but not limited to entering timesheets, various time-off requests, updated compensation, title and supervisor changes, benefit updates, and hourly-employee validations
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and audits for accuracy and compliance
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of HR policies and organizational chart as needed
Requirements - Minimum high school diploma
- Minimum three (3) years administrative/clerical experience
- Minimum one (1) year direct HR experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with Paycom is strongly preferred
- Discretion and understanding of the sensitive nature of confidential employee information
Qualifications best suited for the position: - General knowledge of various HR platforms and programs
- Ethics and cultural awareness
- Ability to learn new technical systems when necessary
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
