We have an outstanding opportunity for a part-time Human Resources Intern to work in our Dublin, OH office. This role will help to support the four cornerstones People, Clients, Growth and Firm that are the foundations of our strategic plan, The Rea Advantage(link removed)>

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of duties related to the following:

  • Partner with HR team to champion on-going projects
  • HR compliance
  • Recruiting Administration
  • Onboarding & Orientation of new hires
  • Research and data collection for various HR initiatives
  • Record retention and file maintenance


This internship is part-time and will run from July through December 2023. The intern will work in our Dublin, OH office.

Requirements

  • Current student majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
  • Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish duties and tasks of the position
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and direction
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Personable, able to speak comfortably and interact with a variety of people
