We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for Human Resources visitors and assist with various employee requests and needs. Additionally, you will maintain employee records, update HR databases, help with scheduling, filing, making copies, and updating employee communication boards.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma, excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Strong computer literacy with MS Office applications is a must, as are excellent multi-tasking, time management and communication skills. If you are committed to HR policies and procedures and want to help create an enriching workplace, this position is for you. Ultimately, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions.
