Experience Required

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Responsible to develop a project plan. This includes identifying project objectives, creating a project schedule, and developing a project budget.
  2. Responsible to manage the project team. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Regularly communicate with stakeholders, team members, and management. This includes providing regular project updates, addressing concerns and issues, and ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
  4. PM will also need to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing risk management plans, and monitoring risk throughout the project.
  5. Responsible for leading and managing the project using agile principles. This might include facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews in case Service Manager is not available
  6. Responsible for ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards. This includes developing quality control plans, conducting quality inspections, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  7. Manage the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and that the project is completed within budget constraints. Mostly done internally with clients but might vary if external vendors are involved.
  8. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, team members, and management. This includes establishing trust, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts as they arise.

  1. In-depth knowledge of the project delivery lifecycle.
  2. Ability to manage projects or phases of a project in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  3. Analytical skills with the ability to comprehend, document, assess, and improve complex business processes.
