PROLIM((link removed)) is currently seeking GIS Analyst for Austin, Texas Location for one of our Top Client.

Job Description:

Detailed Responsibilities Include:

• Understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise Server.
• Working knowledge of ArcGIS COGO
• ArcGIS software, technologies specifically Georeferencing.
• Integrating with standard geo formats such as KML, Shapefiles or GeoRSS,
• Must be familiar with Agile project management and have advanced verbal/written communication skills, as well as a proficient understanding of secure development practices (including authentication, authorization, confidentiality, data-integrity, non-repudiation, and availability).
• Must be able to take assignments and direction from agency management and technical lead staff.

Required skills:

• Experience in analyzing geographic information systems and procedures by reading and interpret surveys, legal descriptions, cartography, engineering documents, construction plans, aerial photography and orthophotography.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying GIS Solutions.
• Experience in planning, organizing and prioritizing multiple assignments to effectively manage a fast paced and changing work environment without compromising accuracy.
• Experience with consistently meeting internal and external customer needs and expectations in a professional manner.
• Experience transposing physical maps into digital shapefiles.
• Experience in the most recent versions of ArcGIS Enterprise
• Experience with application security requirements
• Experience with State of Texas MSA, County, and city
• GISP GIS certifications
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel
• Familiar utilizing Atlassian products Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with working an Agile development methodology, attending daily standups, delivering sprint objectives.
