Provide inputs in designing and development of trainingarchitecturebasispeopleinsights,marketinsights,challenges&opportunities.Workcloselywithcentralcontent team in creating the learning architecturePlayroleinlaunchingthearchitectureandbuildingstakeholder alignment & engagement in building understandingofarchitecturefollowedbyadherencetoensurethatdesiredlearningofteammembershappen.Maintainstrongcontractingwithsaleshierarchytoensureimplementation of learning initiatives and their follow upactivities.
Co-creation,Implementation&Institutionalizationoftrainingarchitectureat the Zones& Regions
Create awareness and drive usage of various sales tools&aidsThisactivitiesleadtoadisciplinedlearningenvironmentandimprovedperformance,Playcriticalroles during important events (e.g. new product & fundlaunches,regulatorychanges,etc).Taskinvolvesorganizingandexecutingthelaunchplans,creatingawareness with speed & accuracy.Leverage support ofallfunctionsinensuringthatdesiredteamissupported

Ensuring that zonal team of ATMs and trainers do publishand adhere to the monthly training calendar. The trainingdelivery will include training of advisors, FLS & BM BH.The training interventions include new joinee inductions,varietyofinterventionsbasisarchitecture,andproductlaunches
