Qualification & exposure - B.Sc. or Any Graduate, minimum experience 10 to 12 yrs.
Age Upto 45 Yrs.
CTC range Up to 14 Lakh P.A.
The ZSM is accountable for the successful Sales & Marketing of the respective zones assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
Effectively Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning
Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales
Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization
