What you will do


Analyze the requirements, Design the solution and deliver the quality OSS solutions enabling efficient end user monitoring, trouble shooting and fault restoration for IT service assurance.

Define, manage and verify solutions in customer projects, including handling and management of third party products and suppliers.

Leading team members, third parties, and technological counterparts in client organizations in the integration of technological methodologies and components of projects.


You will bring


Experience on Zabbix (install, configure, build adaptations, build templates, etc)..

SNMP based integrations with Zabbix or any monitoring tool.

SQL Programming Experience for report generations.

Jasper studio for reports, Grafana experience.


Key Qualifications:


Education
: Graduate in Computer Science or similar
