<b>Duties:</b> Position Overview: (Major Functions and Non-Essential Functions):The sourcing specialist partners with department leaders to understand staffing needs in order to develop and implement proactive, innovative sourcing strategies that build the pipeline for today and into the future. This includes fully understanding each role within the department and what the short and long term needs will be for each role. Responsible for the use of sourcing tools including social media, internet and data base mining, cold calling, developing relationships with professional organizations and college/school recruitment. Interacts with professionals on niche platforms, like Github and Behance. Reviews online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates. Fosters relationships with potential candidates through various recruitment and networking channels and provide qualified, pre-screened candidates to the recruiter when open positions become available. Maintains ongoing relationships with high potential candidates for future openings and keeps records of potential candidates for future reference, including pipeline of passive candidates. Serves as a key resource for possible candidates and recruiters and positively represents the Client Clinic brand. This individual will be responsible for utilizing candidate relationship management software to maintain relationships with current and future candidates. The sourcing specialist will work closely with and communicate regularly with the recruiter to ensure a smooth transition for candidates. The sourcing specialist will be well versed in benefit options, department needs and Client Clinic to accurately portray the advantages of working at Client Clinic.<br /> <br /> <b>Skills:</b> Additional Experience and/or Qualifications: (Has Achieved Competency in the Following Areas, Job Knowledge and Additional Considerations):Experience with and knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection and candidate assessment techniques highly preferred.<br /> <br /> <b>Education:</b> Minimum Education and/or Experience Required: (Education Requirements and Experience):Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years sourcing or recruiting Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources (HR), or related field is preferred.experience required, some of which was spent in a digital/technology oriented company focused on data/software engineering roles, data science roles and/or product management.<br /> <br /> <b>Schedule Notes:</b> Focus is on agile, product, delivery management
