As a SaaS Client Partner, you will be a large part of the company’s growth and success.

 



Who are you?



You are a ROCK STAR who possess top talent in demonstrating software application/SaaA products for wealth management professionals. You are excited and motivated to be a part of a fast-growing company with an amazing CRM product that is quickly being adopted by wealth managers everywhere! You can articulate technology like it’s your first language as well has product positioning and relevant business value through presentation and solution demonstration. You are also someone who is capable of wearing many hats with a focus on understanding the needs of the sales organization and develop plans to ensure outstanding support of those needs. Most importantly, you are someone who is eager and motivated to work for one of the hottest startups in the Rhode Island area because you are someone who wants to be a part of something exciting from the beginning!

 



As a SaaS Demand Generator, your day-to-day will look something like this:




  • Consulting by telephone and email with prospective financial advisor customers. No hard selling – just sharing information and scheduling the demos.

  • Participate in the company’s growth and success as you build and generate a pipeline for account executives through phone calls, email, and other marketing tools to qualify leads and schedule demos for financial advisors at wealth management firms across the company.

  • High volume outbound prospecting (60-100 calls per day) to qualify organic leads from calls and email.

  • Conduct needs qualification calls with financial advisors and their staff at wealth management firms.

  • Work collaborative with team executives to develop and implement prospecting strategies.

  • Connect with new users by telephone and email that have signed up for free trials.

  • Qualify and convert organic leads that have come in from the website, referrals, in-app trials, and other means.

  • Track and help new trial prospects during their 30-day trial period.

  • Identify and suggest improvements to company products and support systems.



Desired Skills & Experience




  • Strong desire to work in a startup environment in the fintech space and be a part of something from the beginning.

  • Strong knowledge of new technology in the SaaS/Cloud-based platform.

  • Skills in using CRM tools to track and manage new prospect relationships

  • Strong communication skills, especially using email and the telephone

  • Excited to work in a high-energy and collaborative environment

  • Determination to be successful and willingness to work hard to get there.

  • Responsible, ethical, and always in the mood to show-and-tell the product and help the customers.

  • Helpful personality who’s adept at presenting product features to financial advisors on the other end of the line.

  • Excitement when it comes to new technology and products.
