Costco Wholesale Corporation is seeking a QA Analyst for its Issaquah, Washington office.
Job Duties: Be responsible for software testing, evaluation, and approval of development tasks to ensure quality and integrity of software products. Review all release notes, design test cases scenarios and create test automation scripts. Actively participate in requirement gathering sessions and give input on requirement and design documents. Review software requirements for assigned projects and create test cases scenarios. Work closely with software development team on test results and testing required code changes. Ensure software is adequately tested and up to business requirements. Develop, modify and execute manual tests for scenarios that cannot be automated. Develop and execute test automation scripts and extend the existing framework.
Experience Requirements: Four years of experience in: Test Automation Tools such as Selenium, Ranorex, HP Service Test Tool, QTP, SOAPUI or UFT; Test case management Tools such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or Team Foundation server (TFS); Defect Tracking Tools such as Clear Quest, JIRA, or RALLY; Supporting the system components during system testing, integration testing and during promotion of these components to production environment; and Database testing for Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server.
