_**Must have PA license to be submitted. Must be also willing to get the FBI fingerprint LiveScan at a minimum of 10 days prior to starting the assignment ***_ 13 week ED traveler needed for 7A- 7:30P. TNCC(Preferred),, BLS, ACLS and PALS required. Environment: The Department is a high acuity department (link removed) We provide care through a team nursing approach, for example a six patient assignment with two nurses assigned to care for those patients as a team. Ratio is roughly 1:3 nurse patient ratio. Fast paced high acuity department in a teaching facility. Scheduling: We provide self-scheduling that is modified based on unit needs. The schedule is completed by our Scheduling committee. Ideal Candidate: Someone that can adapt quickly to change, detail oriented, able to work in a team approach, the is focused on patient experience. Strong assessment, clinical skills, and is able to work with LPN s and ED Techs in a professional manner that promotes interdepartmental growth and cooperation. This person should have ambition, enthusiasm, be independent, flexible, honest. CEN, ACLS, and PALS is preferred. However, this is not necessary.
Shift: Three 12 nights 7p-7a E/O weekend E/O holiday.
