OVERVIEW

As the P2P Lead, Supply Chain Indirect Operations this role sits within the Global Sourcing Operations and Capabilities (GSOC) team, reports to the Manager of Global Sourcing Operations, and supports the NA Supply Chain Indirect Sourcing organization. You are responsible for leading in the development and maintenance of a world-class Source-to-Pay process framework and set of Sourcing Capabilities. This includes management of workstreams that are supported by offshore third-party teams in partnership with the Global India Center. You are also responsible for developing and governing global Purchase to Pay process standards and partnering across the Supply Chain to connect end to end process and systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Management of a global Center of Excellence model which includes Purchase to Pay activities for Indirect Sourcing, NA Supply Chain
Lead Purchase to Pay governance model for Indirect Sourcing, NA Supply Chain
Partner with third party providers and govern through Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Lead advancement of our insight creation capabilities through advanced analytics and benchmarking
Connect externally to bring new insight and capabilities to Sourcing
Ensure key metrics and OGSM measures are met
Demonstrate strong knowledge of One Global Sourcing business processes and systems and take the initiative to teach skills to others
Play an active role in systems improvement within Sourcing, partnering with Digital & Technology team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of relevant experience
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Ability to influence stakeholders to drive results
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Project management experience
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and times of significant change
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with Indirect Materials (MRO, Facility Services, Capital Engineering) and NA plants, influencing stakeholders, and driving results through others
Experience working globally with a variety of stakeholders with differing needs and agendas
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
