We are currently seeking a Human Resources Consultant for our client in the Healthcare domain. Duration: 3 Months Contract with possible extension

Primary Skills: Compliance



Role Description: The Human Resources Consultant would need to have at least 6+ years of experience.



Education: 



- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration or related field and Minimum three (3) years’ experience in human resources or business operations. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.



Top Daily Responsibilities:



- Employee & Labor Relations: Trains, guides, assists and supports leaders and managers in administering Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), policies, and state and federal laws. 



- Assists with a range of Employment Relations issues including dispute resolution, investigations, and other instances of conflict between unions, staff and management. 



- Conducts local effects bargaining.



Top (3) Required Skills:



Should Have: Experience working in a union environment.



- Knowledge of Labor Laws, working in a fast-pace environment.



MVR- Yes, periodic travel to medical centers within service area (e.g., Manteca, Stockton)



Education: High School/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.



Experience: Minimum 6+ years



Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
