Job Description
:
1. Screening candidate profiles from various job portals and identifying candidates.
2. Email blast on various portals at regular intervals for sourcing interested candidates
3. Scheduling the candidates for face to face interview round.
4. Reminder calls for candidates to ensure they come for interviews at allotted time
5. Conducting the first round of interview and introducing the selected candidates for the 2nd round with Head HR.
6. Follow up on selected candidates documentation, Joining Formality completion
7. Daily work reports and weekly MIS reports
