Testing and documentation of Mortgage Prime Loan Origination web-based applications like Loan Builder, CLOSR and Decision Engine: Zippy.
Expertise in understanding Business Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications and Design documentations and converting them into Test Scenarios.
Participating in project planning session with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline UAT (User Acceptance Testing) solutions.
Participate in design reviews.
Handle Compliance Department requests in all planning steps and adherence to compliance policies throughout design and testing, with specific knowledge in high cost regulations and credit report analysis.
Identify and troubleshoot application code-related issues.
Maintenance of thorough testing documentation within the Quality Center/Test Director Application.
Write and communicate system requirements to the development team through Technical Specifications, along with Use Cases in preparation for test execution
Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution with the focus on meeting testing objectives.
Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations.
Communicate system enhancements, fixes and ongoing status to the end-users.
