Will be Reporting to: Delivery Manager People with minimum 8 plus Development experience This position requires five to Eight years of experience in developing and supporting software in an Agile/Scrum fast-paced environment. Good verbal/written communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills are required such that application needs and defects are quickly identified and resolved through collaborative efforts with other Developers, Product Managers, and Testing/QA team members. This role works with existing software products as well as future strategic development efforts. Ability to follow directions and quickly pick up development concepts from other developers on the team is required along with any other duties as assigned or required.This position also requires the ability to formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding tasks and preparing detailed specifications from which software will be written, designed, coded, tested, and debugged. Responsibilities: Translate requirements and user stories into functional applicationsDesign, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable applications using the technology experience required below.Design and Code, WinForms and/or Web Based applicationsEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsDatabase analysis and design using SQL Server and/or Mongo/NoSQLParticipate in best practices in software development discussionsParticipate in stand up, estimation, planning, demo, and retrospective meetingsRequired skills: B (link removed) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering or equivalent work experienceExperience in developing cloud-based SASS applications with technologies and architectural patterns including, but not limited to JavaScript Frontend Frameworks such as Vue, JavaScript 3rd Party Add-ins, .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB, HTML5, bootstrapper.js, SwaggerHub, Domain Driven Design, Event Based and Microservice architectures following an Agile development methodology.Strong understanding of Object-oriented software developmentExperience with modern web technologies: HTML, CSS, JS, and modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Expected Work Culture: Ability to accept supervision.Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships.
