An Excellent Front Desk Officer is essentially the face and voice of a company. They improve productivity of the staff, handle the constant interruptions of phones ringing, but should be able to deliver messages and prioritize projects for the entire staff so that nothing falls between the cracks.
In a nutshell, they play an extremely important role in the representation of an organization.They ensure that guests are treated courteously, that complaints and problems are resolved, and that requests for special services are carried out.
Their Major Duties Include: Speak clearly and maintain a positive tone (link removed)>Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary. Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere. Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices. Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail. Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets. Adhere to policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least a diploma in either Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communication Mass Communication/Social Sciences, Stay abreast of emerging digital tools Industry-Related Experience, Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills. Customer related course of study.
