Phoenix Home Care is currently seeking a Hospitality Specialist for our office location in Springfield, MO!
As the front-line representative for Phoenix Home Care, this candidate must be highly organized, detailed-oriented, be able to multi-task and think on their feet in a fast-paced, demanding and rewarding position. Must have a good phone presence, be able to handle a high volume of calls daily, and have excellent attendance and punctuality.

- Interacting with client families and field staff, as well as business partners and vendors
- Prior office experience is a plus
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system

- Knowledge of Excel and Word required
- Must work well within a team as well as be a self-starter
- Someone that seeks out opportunities to assist others
- Previous Administrative Support experience highly preferred
