Finance Officer is responsible for tracking a company's financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping Finance Manager make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.

Finance Officer role requires a degree in accountancy, or business administration related degrees. A financial analyst should be very good with numbers and solving problems, and should be familiar with the workings of the economy, tax laws, and money markets.

Qualifications for Finance Officer

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields;
Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling and knowledge in Quickbooks as necessary;
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skill; and,
Attention to accuracy
Must willing to work in Ortigas Pasig

Responsibilities for Finance Officer:

Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to Finance Department and management
Produce weekly, monthly or annual reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting and analysis
Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes for the opening of new warehouse(s);
Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization;
Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies; and,
Develop models that help with decision-making
