The Farm Operations Manager at Lekivetz Farms is a new position and will act as the lead supervisor for farm staff by reporting to and taking direction from the ownership team. This individual will manage the day-to-day operations at the farm while remaining immersed in the work themselves. This individual will be a hands-on manager that participates in the daily farm work. The main focus of the Farm Operations Manager is to keep staff organized, on task, and directing staff daily, which in ensures overall farm productivity and efficiency. The ideal Farm Operations Manager will possess the following qualifications: farm experience, preferably in a management role; strong communication and organizational skills; post-secondary education is preferred.
Lekivetz Farms is a mid-size well equipped grain farm located 24 miles south of Regina, at Gray, Saskatchewan. The organization has excellent employee retention with employees staying with the organization upwards of 10 years.
