Title: F&A operations (BPO) and Accounts Payables

Location: Locations - Massachusetts and Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Duration: Full Time

The opportunity is around F&A back office non-technical work (F&A BPO). The requirement is for FTEs in US with experience in F&A operations (BPO) and Accounts Payables. Below is the summary of the requirement.

JD includes

• Work as an SME in Accounts Payable with customers

• Resource will be required to provide SME support to offshore teams.

• Participate in projects and assist in invoice exception handling

• Providing training for the team and help them enhance their skill

• Processing PO and Non-PO invoices; processing travel & expense reports and P-card transactions; updating vendor master data

• Handling vendor payments and complex vendor queries; matching/authorization; invoice exception handling; basic reporting and analysis

• F&A BPO and Accounts payable experience required

• Sourcing Targets: TCS BPO, Wipro BPO, Cognizant BPO, Genpact, EXL, WNS, Infosys BPO

• 0-5 years of experience
