EXCELLENT guaranteed base salary plus RVU. $20,000 sign-on, $10,000 relocation, $4,000 CME, full benefits including paid malpractice and 30 days paid time off. Community has a population of about 24,000. 70 minutes from Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Dayton.
