Would you be available for the following locum tenens assignment near Seattle, WA



Exceptional Locum Tenens  Opportunity



Our latest Locum Tenens assignment in the Seattle, WA area. This is an exciting innovative Men's Health clinic for E.D. and is looking for a physician or physician assistant for part time hours. Client will train physician or physician assistant and all procedures are non-invasive and are completed by the techs. 



You will receive



· hourly compensation



· malpractice coverage at 1mil/3mil



Duration



Immediate need for indefinite period of time



Hours



9a-5p 1-2 days weekly (flexible to your schedule)



Patient volume



· 1-2 patients per hour



· 100% Adult-All Male patients 50's and older



· Scheduled and Walk-Ins



· No calls and all non invasive procedure



· Complete support staff for patient processing and training, no experience required

Client is searching for a patient, caring physician to assist in the health and well-being of men who suffer from E.D.

Job Responsibilities




  • Function autonomously to conduct patient histories and physicals for complex critical, chronically ill, and acute patients.

  • Order, perform, and analyze diagnostic and therapeutic tests concerning the needs of the patient, and follow up on a regular basis to ensure their needs are being adequately met.

  • Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities to ensure the health and comfort of all patients.

  • Implement measures to assist patients in regaining and sustaining physiologic endurance to include serving in the first assisting role.

  • Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals and monitoring the effectiveness of all interventions.

  • Facilitate the staff and the patient as well as the family decision-making process by providing educational tools for self-management of acute or chronic illnesses.
