LINQM is expanding our facility administration team with 3 contract to hire administrator openings supporting out campus with sites near John Wayne Airport. The Day to Day responsibilities include: Responsible for administrative duties as it relates to facilities management:
- Coordinate the day to day administrative and facilities services
- Maintain, generate and distribute work orders to multiple technicians
- Audit equipment and assets to ensure items are accurately logged
- Facilitate campus access and coordination for vendors
- Process and track payments of invoices
- Respond to internal customer calls and requests and process to work orders
- Order equipment, materials, and inventory utilizing purchase card or approved suppliers
- Track vendors and technicians are compliant with appropriate required training
- Coordinate event and meeting set-ups
- Coordinate 911/ emergency response communication for facilities department
- Track and maintain applicable quality systems (e.g, pest control reporting)
- Assign appropriate access level in campus security system and produce badges; generate access and history reports as needed
- Other incidental duties (e.g. occasional photo copying or deliveries)
