LINQM is expanding our facility administration team with 3 contract to hire administrator openings supporting out campus with sites near John Wayne Airport.



The Day to Day responsibilities include:



Responsible for administrative duties as it relates to facilities management:




  • Coordinate the day to day administrative and facilities services

  • Maintain, generate and distribute work orders to multiple technicians

  • Audit equipment and assets to ensure items are accurately logged

  • Facilitate campus access and coordination for vendors

  • Process and track payments of invoices

  • Respond to internal customer calls and requests and process to work orders

  • Order equipment, materials, and inventory utilizing purchase card or approved suppliers

  • Track vendors and technicians are compliant with appropriate required training

  • Coordinate event and meeting set-ups

  • Coordinate 911/ emergency response communication for facilities department

  • Track and maintain applicable quality systems (e.g, pest control reporting)

  • Assign appropriate access level in campus security system and produce badges; generate access and history reports as needed

  • Other incidental duties (e.g. occasional photo copying or deliveries)
