Job Title: FP&A Analyst - Manager - GBS


Job location: Chennai




Job Description:



* Analyses market performance, provides actionable insights on market/contract/customer/integral profitability, participates and contributes in strategic planning, annual operating planning, forecasting, pricing/margin analysis

* Performs forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as benchmarking analysis, price/volume mix, scenario analysis, etc.

* Prepares, attends, takes notes and keeps track of follow ups regarding performance review meetings. Takes initiative to bring relevant financial issues to the attention of his/her relevant stakeholders.

* Executes FP&A operational process, and participates in various x-CoE/BG/Market/Function process and operating model improvement projects.

* Applies knowledge of systems and tools including SAP, SQL Cubes, AFO, Qlikview to maximize efficiency and ease of use of reporting and analytics services. Ensures quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth.

* Pro-actively supports strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on business performance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders (ExCo, Markets and Businesses) to make fact-based sound business decisions.

* Pro-actively supports execution of financial planning by preparing and supporting performance and strategy meetings of relevant stakeholders (ExCo, Businesses, and Markets) in line with Sector/ExCo F&A directives.

* Accountability for timeliness and accuracy of core deliverables (planning, analysis & reporting process and month end close related activities), planning/forecast accuracy.

* Prior experience working in a matrix organization

CA/CPA/ICWAI/MBA Finance preferred with 5+ years of experience.
