Position: Customer Service Associate(E commerce)
Duties :
- Participating in daily CS inquiries received via calls and emails.
- Making daily CS decisions under all different circumstances.
- Managing CS inquiries and problem-solving process by using CS program.
- Analyzing and presenting weekly CS reports.
- Communicating with warehouse daily regarding CS issues.
- Developing & enhancing CRM strategies.
- Assisting operation team with website operations & other projects.
