Responsibilities will include:
• Managing coordination of client services and emergency scheduling issues
• Managing client caseload while proactively growing it.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources and community organizations
• Recruit field staff to provide services for clients
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
• Promote exemplary customer service to patients and patient families at all times.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with office staff daily in regards to client cases and staffing.
• Maintain scheduling by inputting/updating client and caregiver information via scheduling software system.
• Contact and follow-up with caregivers regarding client assignments.
• Document inquiries for service and relay to appropriate staff in a timely manner
Document any "client events" and relay to appropriate staff in a timely manner
• Office Administration-which includes answering phones, copying, filing, mailing, etc
• Assist with organization and preparation of office projects
• Needs to be available for the on-call schedule which is rotated among office staff which does include weekends and holidays. Qualifications and Mandatory Skill Set for this Position:
• Minimum 3 years' prior health care, home care, or recruiting experience REQUIRED
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Prior staffing/scheduling experience REQUIRED
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
• Strong interpersonal, PC and Communication skills (phone marketing and data entry ability)
• Needs to have outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work with frequent interruptions
• Staffing and customer service experience with clients in the medical and/or home health care field REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of the home care/elder care industry REQUIRED
• Needs to have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our Elkins Park office daily.
