The Project Coordinator is generally responsible for administrative support of the Test & Rollout Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: data management of multiple systems, capacity forecasting, customized stakeholder reporting, and general meeting facilitation. This position provides analysis and support for the Test & Rollout team within Facilities & Equipment.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as team SME for ongoing data management and maintenance of ProTrack, Smartsheet, SharePoint and ServiceNow
Provide reports to the Test & Rollout team from various databases to assist the team in strategic decision making
Track project budgets, including reporting and analysis of different categories
Create and communicate specific reports to assist leadership with forecasting and resource planning
Provide meeting facilitation for specific team meetings
Support Project Leads with reviewing Restaurant survey information
Support Project Leads with vendor and contractor management
Support Project Leads with project progress communication and documentation
Support Project Leads with individual Restaurant communication
Support Project Leads with reviewing project completion photos

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or Computer Science
Desired experience in data analysis, finance, project management, and/or facilities management
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Oracle (Business Objects) a plus
Ability to learn and successfully work in multiple systems
Ability to take initiative and recognize a need and act without prompting from supervisor.
Ability to work closely with a team while developing strong relationships
0-10% Travel
