What can you expect?
You will be an essential part of a highly skilled team by collaborating with our client-facing colleagues and assisting with document preparation and coordination. You will work as an extension of our client team Handling administrative duties, invoicing and to retain and grow revenue for an assigned book of business. To collaborate with teams across the world and assist internal colleagues with various inquiries and requests. To join a fun and dynamic team. We will provide the insurance knowledge required to be successful while learning our systems. While you will go through a significant amount of training required understanding and working effectively in the insurance environment, this is not a sales position and does not involve or include any sales function or targets

We will count on you to:
Handle day to day transactions. Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide best in class service to drive growth and retention Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answers standard client questions to improve the client experience You will be responsible for processing invoices and certificates of insurance.
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; Associates degree with 3 years ofexperience is acceptable Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, written, interpersonal and business communication skills Good problem solving and judgment capabilities with strong initiative Ability to effectively and accurately manage multiple tasks and projects, with a sense of urgency, and in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,200 to $56,300. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
