The ideal candidate will be comfortable with outbound prospecting and have a demonstrated ability to determine a candidate's potential through interview screening questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for clientele
- Conduct virtual or phone interviews of prospective candidates
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as point of contact between candidates and clients
- Build pipeline of new clients through outbound prospecting
- Meet weekly/quarterly quotas and goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
