Description: PROJECT: They will help with product delivery for our ASK Portal. Including backlog management, sprint planning and guiding the team's work to deliver consumer value and business growth. This role will drive a variety of tasks and outcomes including: requirements facilitation, developing acceptance criteria and user stories, leading testing efforts, backlog refinement and sizing, supporting development during scrum and providing analysis and problem solving expertise as new opportunities arise. IDEAL BACKGROUND: Looking for Product owner to help develop portal to support operations and reporting related in ITSM. TOP REQUIREMENTS: Product ownership (5+ years), Backlog management (3+ years), Testing (2+ years), UI UX design (2+ years). *** What experience will set candidates apart from one another? TEAM STRUCTURE: 1 Scrum Master, 1 Product Owner, 4 Software Engineers, 5 Report Developers, 1 Tester. INTERVIEW PROCESS: a. How many rounds? 2 b. Video vs. phone? Video preferred c. How technical will the interviews be? Low/Medium This role will drive a variety of tasks and outcomes including: requirements facilitation, developing acceptance criteria and user stories, leading testing efforts, backlog refinement and sizing, supporting development during scrum and providing analysis and problem solving expertise as new opportunities arise. This role will partner closely with the other Product Owners, Scrum Master and Engineering Leads. Primary Responsibilities: Promote and drive Agile development methodology throughout the team/s, providing direction and support to development and quality assurance teams Promote Agile product management processes, stays abreast of new emerging technology capabilities and leverages knowledge in contributing to product solutions Define, prioritize, and drive realization of specific product vision Accountable to represent business partners crossing functional areas to transform vision into requirements align and deliver objectives. Escalate blocking items to Stakeholders when applicable Accountable for aligning business teams thru development of communications, socialization, and education of objectives and detailed requirements guiding team members to accomplish objectives Serve as the 'voice of the customer' with delivery teams, representing/reinforcing the customer's perspective throughout the product realization cycle Manage developing requirements and prioritization of backlog, continuously and transparently communicate with internal stakeholders the prioritization of the Product Backlog and status Reviews, accepts, and prioritizes feedback and new requirements from project stakeholders Work with Scrum Masters to help direct, motivate, and guide the delivery teams Ensure that Scrum Team deliverables meet agreed-upon standards for quality and non-functional requirements, and that the products meet the stated business need Collaborate with a cross functional team of designers, business analysts, developers, testers and others to develop and execute against Product Roadmaps and Release Plans Collaborates with Solution architect and Development leads to refine Product Backlog Own, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog, including definition of epics, user stories, acceptance criteria Break down epic level user stories into detail level stories consumable and testable by a scrum team Collaborate with business partners in usability testing and the development of the user design Manage, prioritize, and assess the impact of defects, including providing key input on the decisions to fix or defer Review output of development to ensure specified acceptance criteria has been completed Defines and analyzes metrics that measure and benchmark product success Other duties, as assigned Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years in Project Management (or related positions) 5 + years of experience working with Agile development methodology 2+ years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView 2+ years Data management experience 2+ years UI UX Testing and or test driven development 2+ years acting as a Product Owner for development teams: Writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptance 1+ years Web UI UX design experience 1+ years of Release Management Advanced level of proficiency with PC based software programs required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow Platform ITIL Foundations Certification Self-starter with the ability to appropriately assess the need for independent decision-making verses leadership escalation Ability to react to product adjustments and expectations promptly and efficiently Strong technical skills and ability to pick up new technologies quickly is beneficial Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Experience with Passion for customers and a demonstrated focus on customer experience Energy, motivation, and commitment to drive to results in a challenging, fast paced environment Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions and garner respect from other teams Agile - Test Driven Development | 3 (3 - Moderately Strong) of 5 (5 - Expert) and 3 years | Agile Testing | 3 (3 - Moderately Strong) of 5 (5 - Expert) and 3 years | SDLC | 0 years | Rally | -1 (0 - No Familiarity) of 5 (5 - Expert) and 0 years | | | | | | What Segment will this Contractor(s) Support? | | | | Is this position for TriCare related work, and if yes, what pay grade equivalency? | | | No - This position is not T
