Review requests for proposals (RFPs) and related documents
Research and gather source information to determine the information needed for specific proposals. Contribute ideas regarding business solution based on own ideas, experience and research
Effectively convey information about Facets products/services to all audiences
Inspect and edit own work for clarity and conformance to requirements; work with proposal leadership to address issues
Present information to, and effectively communicate with, senior leadership and other key individuals
Participate in ongoing continuous improvement of the OBHICP platform.

Work location ? Client MN location or remote
Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc)? US Central time- day shift

Interview SMEs in business functions
Research and gather source information to determine the information needed for specific proposals. Contribute ideas regarding business solution based on own ideas, experience and research
Effectively convey information about products/services to all audiences
Inspect and edit own work for clarity and conformance to requirements; work with proposal leadership to address issues
Present information to, and effectively communicate with, senior leadership and other key individuals
Participate in ongoing continuous improvement of the OBHICP platform.

What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)?
10+ years of experience in Core Facets product ver 5.8 and above Claims, Members, Provider, Benefits, Payments , Workflow Configuration
12+ years of IT/healthcare experience
5+ years of Project Lead/Technical Lead / Solution Architect
2+ years of hands on experience in working in agile scrum/DevOps model.
Experience with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Products
Experience with Rules engine REDHAT DROOLS
Substantial hands-on technology experience in Facets & Oracle
Good understanding about the structure and significance of key /HIPAA X12 EDI transactions like 837, 277CA, 835, etc.
Good understanding of Claims domain in Facets which includes Data Model, Core Claims processing batch jobs, Facets UI, Facets Workflow tool
