Description: What is the specific title of the position? Agile Practitioner 3 Work location (specify Client/Client/Client location or remote/telecommute)? Telework Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc)? days m-f time depends on time zone as we do need to connect with India in the morning Please provide a summary of the project/initiative that this candidate will be working on? Delivery Lead response for end to end project from inception though warranty Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - how many members? The will work with Product Owners, QA Testers What is the break-down of the team s skill sets (ex: 1 PM 4 Developers etc.)? flexing 2 or 3 POs / 2 or 3 testers What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)? Facilitate team calls, remove blockers for the team, understand dependencies, issues and risk, work mitigation plans, ensure delivery that meets business needs What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)? HealthCare, project management, agile experience, ability to manage adjust to changing priorities What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)? 10 15 years IT project management What skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart)? Critical thinking, ability to prioritize , manager risks, driven to deliver on business need What will the interview process look like? Video phone, ? 1 or 2 rounds, Not technical more skill PM/agile based Of the required skills listed, which would you consider the top 3? Please list your expectations regarding years of experience for each requirement.
