What is the specific title of the position? Agile Practitioner/Program Manager
Work location? Client place
Are you open to candidates that would need to be 100% remote for the duration of the engagement? Yes
Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc)? 9AM- 5PM
Please provide a summary of the project/initiative that this candidate will be working on? Supporting multiple projects as a Program Manager across Dat Engineering and Architecture teams.
Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - how many members? Approx. 10 Scrum teams consisting of Approx. 45 members
What is the break-down of the team s skill sets (ex: 1 PM 4 Developers etc.)? 2 Scrum Masters and about 4 developers per team.
What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)? We want to be as specific as possible with our firms so they can find the type of candidate you're looking for.
Played the role of Scrum Master and/or Product owner for 3+ Years.
Managed large scale programs in Program Increments(PI) using Agile Methodology for at least 2+ Years.
Acted as a coach/mentor to help improve Agile practices (TTV/TTB) for the Scrum Teams ( 2+ Years)
Actively managed Stakeholder communication involving Program escalations and Program updates (2+ Years)
Healthcare background a huge plus.
