Description: What is the specific title of the position? Genesys Routing Developer *** Open to candidates that require sponsorship upon conversion. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Candidate must have experience in Contact center technology especially in Genesys platform and it is Ideal if he is from health care domain, but it is not mandatory. TOP REQUIREMENTS: Top 3 skills: 1) Genesys Routing 2) Genesys Composer 3) Genesys Rules Requirements: Development experience using Genesys Suite of technologies with specialization in Genesys Framework is a must. ( Genesys CTI, Genesys SIP, Genesys Composer, ORS (Orchestration Server), Genesys OCS, Genesys Workspace, Genesys Eservices.) Design and Develop Routing Applications for Voice and Multi-Channel using Composer / IRD, SCXML is a must and VXML will be of added advantage. Proficient in tools like CCpulse , GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension), GA(Genesys Administrator). Database knowledge pertaining to SQL and Cassandra will be considered a plus. Having a strong knowledge in SDLC. CICD experience with Jenkins and GitHub. What skills/attributes are a must have? 3+ years of Routing Development Experience in Genesys Contact Center Solutions (Voice, IVR and Multi-channel) 3+ years of Configuration management tools Experience in developing Routing workflows using Composer 3+ years of experience in designing, developing and debugging routing solutions using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine and URS Working knowledge of Genesys/Cisco Framework, reporting, routing and multi-channel components Ability to architect routing design and development for the customer Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills What skills/attributes are nice to have? Experience on Build automation tools such as Anthill Pro, XL Deploy, and Jenkins to support CI / CD approach Experience using Cyara for call flow automation testing Genesys certification in Routing TEAM STRUCTURE: Team Structure: 1 Scrum Master, 1 Team lead, 4 Developers, 2 QA. What are the work hours? 8am-5pm Monday through Friday (required to work after hours to support a change release) Where is the work to be performed? Candidate must be able to report to one of the Client facility; Plymouth, MN Hartford, CT Basking Ridge, NJ What type of interview process is preferred? Initial interview will be a 30 minute video and audio call followed by another round or two with other team members.
